仕事内容 / Responsibilities
◾️機械学習技術を用いたプロダクト機能の開発・運用を担っていただきます。機械学習技術を含むシステムでは、モデル設計・学習だけではなく、大規模データ処理、分散アーキテクチャ、スケーラブルな推論、運用管理まで、MLバックエンド領域のエンジニアリングについて、システム・アーキテクチャ設計から高度な実装までMLエンジニアとして幅広い業務を行っていただきます。
◾️実務で求められるスキル
・基本的なプログラミングができること（Pythonは必須）
・一般的なアルゴリズムの理解と実装が可能なこと
・基本的なLinuxコマンド操作の知識
・Git/Githubの操作
・Docker/Docker Composeなどのコンテナ技術の基本的理解
・MLフレームワーク、ライブラリの利用経験（これらを用いて自身で何らかのMLモデルを実装、評価、検証した経験）
・PyTorch, Keras, Tensorflowなど
・Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-Learnなど
・Jupyter Notebookの利用経験
・基本的統計知識（検定、相関分析、回帰等）
・言語処理、画像処理、数理最適化など、いずれかに関する基本的な理解（深層学習以前の古典的手法から現在主流の手法まで）
◾️You will be responsible for the development and operation of product features using AI and machine learning technology. As an ML Engineer, you will engage in a wide range of tasks within the ML backend domain, from system and architecture design to advanced implementation. This includes not only model design and training but also large scale data processing, distributed architecture, scalable inference, and operational management.
◾️Required Skills for the Role
・Proficiency in basic programming (Python is required).
・Understanding and ability to implement common algorithms.
・Knowledge of basic Linux command operations.
・Experience with Git/GitHub.
・Basic understanding of container technology like Docker/Docker Compose.
・ Experience using ML frameworks and libraries
(including implementing, evaluating, and validating an ML model on your own).
・PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow, etc.
・Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-Learn, etc.
・Experience using Jupyter Notebook.
・Basic statistical knowledge (testing, correlation analysis, regression, etc.).
・Basic understanding of one of the following: Natural language processing, image processing, or mathematical optimization from classical methods to current mainstream approaches.

- 給与詳細
月額 500,000円の場合
基本給：300,445円
固定残業手当：144,555円（所定・法定時間外および法定休日労働45時間分、深夜労働40時間分）
※所定・法定時間外および法定休日労働45時間、深夜労働40時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給

This includes a fixed overtime allowance covering 45 hours of overtime and work on holidays, as well as 40 hours of late-night work.
*Salary will be determined individually based on skills, experience, and ability.
*Monthly salary may be revised at the end of the probationary period and twice a year (in July and January) based on your grade.
◾️Re-offer Challenge System:
We have a system where successful candidates can challenge for a salary increase if they achieve a certain level of performance through an internship or their work (evaluation periods are in April and October).
- Salary Details
For a monthly salary of JPY 500,000:
Base Salary: JPY 300,445
Fixed overtime allowance: JPY 144,555 for 45 hours of overtime/holiday work and 40 hours of late-night work.
Additional wages will be paid for work exceeding these hours.
